Our family is looking for a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide full-time support for both a middle-school-aged child and an adult family member. This is a full-service role where live-in candidates are preferred, but live-out candidates will also be considered. We offer a comfortable home environment in Burnaby, British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare: Provide attentive care, assist with homework, and engage in age-appropriate activities.
Adult Care: Support daily routines and activities to ensure comfort and well-being.
Meal Preparation: Plan and prepare balanced, home-cooked meals for the family.
Transportation: Drive family members to appointments, school, and activities (valid BC driver’s license required).
Household Support: Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare and caregiving.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a nanny and/or caregiver.
English proficiency is an asset.
Ability to prepare nutritious meals catering to diverse dietary preferences.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to undergo a background check.
Compensation:
Between $28.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on experience and qualifications. Overtime rate will be paid to any work over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.

Accommodation: A private, furnished room is available for live-in candidates. Live in requirement is optional, although preferred.
Work Schedule: Full-time position; hours to be discussed during the interview.
Location: The position is based in a comfortable home in Burnaby, British Columbia.
