We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Laundry service manager to help us.
Job Duties
Oversee the daily operations of self-service laundry facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service for customers.
Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
Manage budgeting and inventory, ensuring adequate supply of detergents, maintenance parts, and other necessary items.
Address customer inquiries and concerns, resolving service issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring all machines are in optimal working condition.
Hire, train, and oversee staff responsible for facility upkeep and customer assistance.
Travel regularly between all three laundry locations to ensure consistent operations and quality standards.
Supervise the Wash & Fold Drop-Off Service, including receiving laundry, communicating pricing, sorting, operating machines, and maintaining proper washing/drying methods.
Ensure high-quality folding, packaging, and storage of completed laundry orders for timely and accurate customer pick-up.
Job Requirements
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to handle operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of laundry equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and on call.
High School
Physical stamina to stand for long durations, walk up and down stairs with heavy loads (up to 25lbs)
