Specific Skills
- Gather, research and prepare communications material,
- Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions,
- Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content and press releases,
- Act as spokesperson for an organization,
- Answer written and oral inquiries,
- Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies,
- Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies and programs,
- Initiate and maintain contact with the media,
- Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes,
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material,
- Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
Other Requirement
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in marketing and/or advertising occupation
- Proficient experience in social media marketing
- Proven experience in marketing and promoting a sports-related business, preferably a badminton club.
- Submission of a completed work sample showcasing marketing efforts in the sports industry.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally in order to best understand the market and consumer base
