Salary: CAD $ 34.62 Hourly, for 40 Hours per week

Job Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and reviews
- Evaluate and implement new office procedures that will expedite work completion Contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards
- Allocating human resources, space, and equipment
- Assigning work to and monitoring the work performance of staff
- Managing records and accounts of the office
- Liaising with professionals to coordinate office business and facilitate the resolution of problems
- Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

Employment requirements
• Completion of secondary school is required
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset
• 1 or more years of experience in an office environment in office administration or management is required.
