As our business continues to grow and our range of services expands, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Refinishing Technician to join our team and contribute to our ongoing commitment to excellence.
Job Duties:
Maintenance and service of Heavy Duty Truck and Trailers.
Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE, lockout/tagout procedures, and handling of hazardous materials.
Conduct post-repair testing to ensure machinery meets operational standards.
Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts.
Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets the manufacturers' specifications.
Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work.
Verify and repair emission control systems.
Complete service reports and maintenance logs with parts used, labor time, and work performed.
Requirements:
Heavy Equipment experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Must have a valid driver's license
Knowledge regarding fuel injection systems, exhaust systems, cooling systems, lubrication systems, engine control systems, major internal engine repairs or overhauls, and vehicle brake systems will be an asset.
