Position Title: Manager in Natural Resources Production (NOC: 80010)
Job Duties:
- Oversee reclamation, maintenance, and revegetation projects (post-mining operations).
- Lead the operation of water management systems, water treatment plants, and tailings facilities.
- Ensure proactive implementation of Health, Safety, and Risk Management programs at sites within the assigned territory.
- Develop annual site operating budgets, managing spend throughout the year for efficient resource use.
- Act as Responsible Tailings Facility Engineer/Person (RTFE).
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, First Nations, local government, and NGOs.
- Provide closure planning technical support to operating sites when required.
Terms of Employment:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Expected employment start date: as soon as possible
- Duration: 36 months
Language of Work:
- English (oral and written communication required)
Wage:
- $100.96 per hour (equivalent to $210,000/year)
- 40 hours per week
- Annual variable compensation program with a target bonus of 40% of base salary

Location of Work:
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of industrial experience, preferably in the mining industry
- At least 7 years of experience in a management or leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sciences, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written)
- No specific occupational certification or licensing required
