We are the franchise store of Mary Brown’s and running the Fast-food outlet at St. Thomas since January 2024. Mary Brown’s is a fast-food restaurant capturing a truly modern taste of the fried chicken recipe famous since 1969. They bought the recipe and started a chicken revolution In Canada.
Our Store is located at 1025 Talbot St, St Thomas, ON N5P 3R6
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Managing inventory to control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Creating schedules for current employees and appraising staff performance and providing feedback to improve productivity.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant.
- Hire new employees or staff and take care of staff training.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 1 – 2 years related experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and with team too
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
- Have good communication skill
