Demolition foreman 

Big Lug Disposal & Recycling Ltd.  is currently in the process of looking for 1 full time demolition foreman

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location:

Various locations in the lower mainland British Columbia.

Wage rate: $38.00 per hour, overtime will start after 40 hours per week

Eligibility:

• Secondary diploma
• 2 or more years of related experience
• English language 

Job Duties:

• Coordinate, and schedule for daily activities.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety standards on-site.
• Develop strategies to maintain efficient workflows and project deadlines.
• Advise on staffing needs and manage team-related decisions.
• Procure necessary tools, equipment, and materials for tasks.
• Manage teams and oversee demolition processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Facilitate training sessions or coordinate professional development for team members.
