Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the Operations Management group to develop an unified strategic marketing plan aligned with corporate objectives.
Build, maintain, and grow the Golden BonBon brand.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks that impact business outcomes.
Manage product lifecycle, including market research, brand management, and product development.
Ensure product mix and pricing strategies maximize profitability.
Lead ecommerce and digital marketing efforts to enhance Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) engagement.
Align social media and live experiences with marketing goals to reach global audiences.
Build and maintain key relationships with major customers, trade associations, and the broader community.
Integrate strategic marketing and sales efforts to achieve corporate performance objectives.
Develop and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to optimize shelf and market share.
Explore new market opportunities using innovative business development strategies.
Refine systems and processes to address inefficiencies across departments.
Establish and manage short- and long-term operating and financial objectives for assigned divisions.
Manage the marketing and sales staff, including defining responsibilities, performance objectives, and development opportunities.
Advanced (Masters) degree in Busines/Commerce/Marketing or related field, supplemented by at least 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in senior management , with a track record of learning high-performance teams.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment while effectively coaching and motivating team members.
Strong negotiation skills with experience managing customer relationships on technical and contractual matters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare proposals and reports.
Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution capabilities.
