Wages Offered: CAD 53,000 to 55,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make sure all lease agreements are followed.
- Establish agreements for cleaning, security, and other services.
- Oversee the progress and expenses of repairs and renovations while coordinating them.
- Maintain tabs on running costs and revenue, and create budgets and financial reports. Ascertain if rentals are reasonable.
- Maintain documentation on building operations, owners, and tenants.
- Address problems with tenants control the damage deposits.
- Employ and manage property clerks, building superintendents, rental agents, and other support personnel.
- Keep up of legislation pertaining to real estate and consult a lawyer for questions about contracts, bylaws, and building modifications. Meet with clients and provide updates on the building.
- Rent and lease properties on behalf of property owners.
- Oversee the execution of building repairs, upkeep, and renovations, keeping property owners informed about the status and expense of the job.
- Maintain and compile records of operational costs and revenue, create reports, and check that rentals are being charged at market value.
- Make sure that client or renter trouble calls are addressed by administering damage deposits.
- May appoint and manage property clerks, building superintendents, rental agents, and other support personnel doing administrative, operational, or maintenance tasks.
