Transportation Logistics Coordinator at Sandol Enterprise Ltd.

Sandol Enterprise Ltd. has been importing commodities and goods from foreign countries and distributing them to domestic retail stores, and we have launched our own online shopping and delivery services with a wide range of selections including fresh fruit and meal kits since 2014. We are currently seeking to recruit a Transportation Logistics Coordinator who can join our team. The detailed information regarding this position is as follows:

Position: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

Wage: $35.00 - $36.00 per hour (Depending on working experience)

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible

Position Available: 1

Benefits: 4 % vacation pay or 10 business days of paid vacation

Work Location: 8661 201 St, 2nd Floor, Langley TWP, BC, V2Y 0G9

 

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate and oversee the movement of parts, supplies, and materials to ensure timely shipping and receiving of products, both domestically and internationally.
  • Monitor logistics operations to ensure shipments meet schedules, quality standards, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and process all customs documentation required for international shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
  • Track and resolve any shipping delays, customs issues, or logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with freight carriers, suppliers and customs brokers to optimize transportation workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipment schedules, customs documents, and inventory movements.
  • Analyze logistics data and provide solutions to improve efficiency in international shipping processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of a post-secondary education program of less than two years in Business or Supply Chain Management or extensive experience as a dispatcher, production clerk or scheduling clerk is usually required.
  • Ability to think critically, work in a team, and meet deadlines are required;
  • Communication in English is required.
