Job Description

As an Office administrative assistant, the following duties must be performed:

 

Coordinate the flow of information within the team, Plan and organize daily operations

Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, Compile data, statistics and other information, respond to employee questions and complaints, Order office supplies and maintain inventory,

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, Conduct research

Provide customer service, Maintain and manage digital database

 

Employment Start Date: ASAP

Wage Rate: $ 35.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full – time, (35 hours per week) Permanent employment

Employment Duration: Term of 2 years

Work Location: Surrey, BC

Language of work: English

 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

 

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of related experience required

Person should have working knowledge of using, Internet, MS Windows, Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and electronic mail

 

Physical capabilities and Personal suitability include ability to multitask, work under pressure and under tight deadlines. Demonstrate skills of Judgement, Team player, Client focus, Reliability, Time management, Adaptability, Dependability
