Position/Job Title: Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)

Description: Restaurant Manager plans, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations of restaurants, bars, cafeterias and other food and beverage services.

Job Location: Brampton ,ON

Education: Completion of college or other program related to hospitality industry is required.

Experience: 2 to 3 years.

Number of openings: 1

Position: Permanent - Full Time                                       

Wage: $30/hr.

Language: English is required.

Job Duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate operations of the restaurant.

Set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, recruit, and oversee staff training.

Monitor and  control inventory, revenues and modify procedures and prices.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety standards are followed.

Negotiate arrangements for suppliers, other supplies, and other catering purposes.
