Salary: $34.07 per hour for 32 - 44 hours per week

Experience: 3 years or more
Location: 131 King Street, St Catharines, ON
Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook Japanese and/ or Thai meals and dishes listed on the menu
• Review the menu regularly and make recommendations for new items and ingredients
• Determine size of food portion and monitor the inventory of food
• Check and monitor the quality of cooked products
• Oversee kitchen operations and helpers
• Assist in new helpers training
• Clean kitchen and work area and keep hygiene and safety practices
