We are renowned for our exciting approach to customer wedding couture and evening wear.  We are looking for a “Fabric Store Manager” for our store situated in Vaughan, Ontario.

Hours: Permanent/Full Time; 32 hr/Week
Language Requirement: English
Qualification: Secondary (High) School graduation certificate.
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Wage: C$44.00/hr.
Location: 7675 York Regional Rd 27 Suit 24 Vaughan ON, L4L 4M5                                                                                                        

• Directly controlling and planning the daily operations.   
• Maintaining optimal stock levels, examining sales performances and projecting future sales figures and perform market research to monitor consumer demand. 
• Managing store efficiently and profitability and accomplishing sales and budgetary goals.
• Addressing customer’s grievance and recommendations and guaranteeing customers satisfaction.
• Recruiting and on boarding staff, supervising, giving on job training and handling employment transitions.
• Maintaining a clear and attractive store environment, ensuring all equipments, displays and stocks are well maintained.
• Making sure store is adheres to all legal obligations including health safety and both company statutory procedures and standards.
• Arranging special promotions events and tore layouts and preparing content for the promotions.
• Identifying and acquiring products for resale and holding discussions with manufactures sales representative about product sales.
• Handling store budgeting process and undertaking financial planning responsibilities.

Additional Skills and Physical Capabilities

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work in a Fast-paced environment; must be a team player, client-focused, having a strong organization and planning skills. Having good communication skills to share information and advise clients.
