Salary & Benefits

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff and cashiers, assigning tasks and scheduling shifts.
  • Authorize financial transactions, manage returns, and oversee cash handling procedures.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle supply shortages promptly.
  • Maintain inventory levels by ordering merchandise and managing stock efficiently.
  • Generate reports on sales, merchandising, and staff performance for management review.
  • Assist in hiring and training new employees, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Ensure that the store's visual standards, including displays and cleanliness, are consistently maintained.
  • Perform operational tasks typically assigned to staff when needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the store and handling escalated issues.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Step in to perform cashier duties as necessary to maintain service efficiency during busy periods.

 

Job Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education.
  • Proven experience in retail sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining visual store standards.
  • Flexibility to perform various operational tasks and step in as needed, including cashier duties.
  • Ability to handle key holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to implement marketing strategies effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
