JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Be the deliverer of perfect guest experience by ensuring service as per Subway’s established quality standards.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant.
• Follow and implement operational procedures.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure the flow of inventory and maintain records for the same.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
• Resolve customer complaints with fair judgement and knowledge of Subway’s policies and procedures.
• Guarantee compliance with the company’s performance ratios such as food and energy costs.
• May participate in marketing activities as outlined by the brand.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in the food service industry is required.
• High School Diploma is required.
• People skills
• Able to manage priorities
• Customer oriented
