Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs and curriculum aligned with the institution's goals.
  • Overseeing the set up of different departments and the associated staff in those departments of the organization.
  • Carry out organizational policies and programs, implement financial and administrative controls, assist in overall personnel planning.
  • Designate duties among personnel and ensure the effective distribution of resources for efficient functioning of organization.
  • Providing aid for creating positive working environment and selection of staff members.
  • Coordinate between different departments of the organization to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or other official capacities or assign delegates to do so.
  • Ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Facilitating training and professional development activities for staff.

 

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Post secondary education in the same field is required.
  • Minimum 1- 2 years of experience as a manager is required.
