Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with clients and sales specialists to keep the client relationship harmonious by resolving issues like customer complaints and supply shortages and so on.
  • Evaluate clients' needs, provide recommendations, and aid in the selection of suitable goods or services, while negotiating prices and sales terms.
  • Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of products and services.
  • Provide input into product design and customization to meet specific client demands.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and communicate continuously with clients to have a deeper understanding of their product line.
  • Develop sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to showcase the benefits of using the provided goods or services.
  • Work with the inside sales team to present quotes and promote various manufacturer lines to the distributors.
  • Maintain product inventory, prepare sales volume reports, and request merchandise as required.
  • Manage sales coverage of wholesale distributors, electrical contractors, OEM, and consulting engineers.
  • Contribute insights to product design when customization is required to meet clients' specific needs.
  • Address and resolve product or service-related issues and provide follow-up support after sales
  • Troubleshoot equipment-related issues and provide technical assistance as required.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring accurate maintenance of customer records.  
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with current clients to ensure sustained sales growth.
  • Supervise the activities of other technical staff and sales specialists whenever required.
  • Estimate the costs associated with equipment installation and maintenance services.
  • Provide training in the operation and maintenance of equipment as needed.
  • Resolve technical problems related to equipment.
