The New Canadian Cleaning Company started in 1988; the small family business has grown into a well-established company. The company offers commercial office cleaning, janitorial and sanitation services to clients across Etobicoke, Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, and other GTA locations. To continue growing, the company needs to build an experienced and responsible team. We are now looking for a professional Cleaning supervisor to join our team.
JOB DUTIES:
Maintain open communication with the manager regarding staffing issues, safety, supplies, and other related business concerns;
Assist cleaners in performing duties with the team to handle customer requests/ complaints.
Assisting with new customer startups, ensuring the scope of work has been completed;
Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services;
Document and provide reports on on-site visits/inspections;
Meet with the cleaning team at customer locations;
Train new hires, and provide feedback on the team’s performance;
Maintain storage areas and cleaning equipment/supplies, ensuring the safety of staff and the public;
Efficiently manage inventory, order items, and report equipment repairs and stock shortages.
CANDIDATE'S QUALIFICATIONS:
High-School Education (Preferred);
Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and work under pressure;
Exceptional attention to detail;
Experience in the field is an asset (1 year +);
Valid driver’s license G-Full;
Flexible hours (weekends and evenings and on-call shifts).
