Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of burger dishes, ensuring each dish is crafted with authenticity and rich flavor.
  • Uphold exceptional standards in food preparation and service to ensure every dish meets our quality benchmarks and delights our customers.
  • Help create new menu items by staying informed about current culinary trends and innovations to keep our offerings exciting and relevant.
  • Oversee kitchen operations ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while addressing any issues promptly to maintain quality service.
  • Provide guidance and hands-on training to kitchen staff to develop skills and techniques that enhance kitchen performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels, ensuring efficient use of supplies and timely restocking to prevent shortages.
  • Prepare food for special events, parties, or catering orders, and create special menus when necessary.
  • Maintain hygiene and comply with health and safety regulations by handling and storing food properly.
  • Keep the kitchen area tidy and well-organized to consistently meet or exceed food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Calculate ingredient quantities and costs to maintain budget control while minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by maintaining professionalism and positivity, encouraging teamwork among staff.
  • Help onboard new kitchen staff and evaluate potential candidates during the recruitment process.
  • Perform other job duties as required.

 

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Education (degree/diploma) or 1-2 years of experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Must be able to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as business dictates.
