Multimove Transport inc. is hiring 1 full-time permanent Office Administrator.

Job Title- Office Administrator

Job Location- St. George, ON N0E 1N0

Salary: $28.50 per hour

Anticipate start date- As soon as possible

Terms of employment -Permanent employment, Full-time 30-40 hours per week

Number of Positions-1

Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Morning, Overtime, Weekend

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Experience

1 to less than 7 months

On site

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
