FIBERTOOL NORTH AMERICA TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION specializes in the supply and production of high-quality fiber optic telecommunications equipment. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Public Relations Manager to lead our communications team and elevate our brand presence both nationally and internationally.
Skills Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Experience: At least 3 years of progressive experience in public relations or a similar role, with a focus on media relations, press campaigns, and public communication.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must have a track record of developing and implementing successful public relations strategies
- Proficient English language skills are required to perform at this job
Job Duties:
- Develop comprehensive PR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Manage the company's public image and actively engage in brand reputation management.
- Create, disseminate, and manage the release of publicity materials to target audiences across various media platforms.
- Conduct and oversee press briefings, media sessions, and public relations events.
- Manage internal communications and PR staff to ensure brand consistency and message alignment.
- Navigate and manage crisis communication, mitigating potential negative impacts effectively.
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and adapt as needed.
Terms of Employment: This is a permanent, full-time position requiring dedication and flexibility to meet the demands of our growing business.
Compensation package: salary of $54 per hour, the position typically requires 30 to 40 hours per week (work hours can vary based on operational needs and campaign schedules); 28 calendar vacation days, 5 unpaid sick days
