Co'm Vietnamese Restaurant is a local Richmond restaurant serving up specialty and authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We offer a variety of Vietnamese dishes including Pho, vermicelli bowls & rice plates.
To assist our growing business, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Restaurant Assistant Manager.
We offer: C$35.00/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.

Employment requirements:
· Secondary School Completion.
· 1-2 years of experience in the food service sector.
Responsibilities:
· Manage daily operations by planning, organizing, and reporting activities.
· Decide on services to offer and set up operational procedures.
· Track income, adjust processes, and set pricing as needed.
· Arrange deals with suppliers for food and other necessities.
· Work with clients to coordinate catering or facility use.
· Handle customer complaints efficiently and inform the employer.
· Hire, train, and oversee staff members.
· Create employee schedules and monitor their performance.
· Maintain high standards of food service and quality.
· Keep inventory organized and up to date.
· Ensure compliance with all city health and safety regulations.
