Duties: 

• ·         Supervise and coordinate the work duties of the cleaning staff.
• Conduct inspections of work areas to ensure they meet safety and cleanliness standards.
• Recruit and train new cleaning staff members.
• Suggest and organize additional maintenance services as needed.
• Prepare budgets, estimate costs, and maintain financial records.
• Occasionally perform cleaning tasks.
• Handle payments for specialized cleaning services.
• Develop work schedules and coordinate activities with other departments.
