Job Duties
- Ensure food service and quality control standards are met, overseeing both meal and beverage quality, with an emphasis on presentation and prompt service.
- Establish and manage work schedules of staff and define SOPs for them, always ensuring adequate staffing during restaurant hours.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for the restaurant, ensuring a well-stocked inventory that meets the demands of regular dining.
- Oversee the presentation and delivery of food, ensuring timely service to all tables, including attention
- Oversee, supervise, and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operation of food and beverage preparation.
- Participate in the hiring process of service staff, ensuring a good mix of skills to enhance the dining experience at the restaurant.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain a high-quality dining experience.
- Train staff on job responsibilities including customer service, menu, hygiene, safety protocols etc.
