Position: Food Service Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring food safety, providing great customer service, and maintaining quality standards for smoothies, juices, and food.
  • Organize team meetings to coordinate product delivery and to stay informed about company policies.
  • Follow Jugo Juice's policies and procedures to maintain premium product quality and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain health and safety standards by keeping the store clean and safe for both customers and staff.
  • Help train and motivate employees to create a positive work environment and deliver great service consistently.
  • Coordinate with other Shift Supervisors and Management to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies needed for food preparation and manage inventory.
  • Address any maintenance or repair issues promptly to keep the operation running smoothly.
  • Handle customer complaints and special requests courteously and professionally to uphold Jugo Juice's high standards of guest service.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management, or related field or 1 -2 years of experience in the food service sector.
  • Good communication skills.  
  • To be driven and not afraid to take decisive action.
  • Good supervisory skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must.
  • Ability to manage a team to achieve common goals.
  • Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
