Duties:

• Oversee and coordinate the work activities of cleaning staff
• Schedule and assign work duties to team members
• Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
• Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis
• Control and monitor the usage of cleaning materials 
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
• Prepare budgets, estimate costs, and maintain financial records
• Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy
• Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures

Work at various locations in Lower Mainland.
