Duties:
Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
Provide Technical support to our customers, troubleshoot and fix any problems over the phone or in person for smooth business operations.
Install, service and upgrade devices.
Repairing or replacing faulty equipment.
Follow up on customer interactions.
Share testing and product knowledge with other customers.
Work with team to resolve equipment failure.
Redesign/ update applications to improve customer satisfaction.
