Salary: $45.00 hourly / 35 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to create targeted segments, enabling personalized marketing campaigns that improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Evaluate marketing campaign results through data analysis, providing insights on metrics such as ROI, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Maintain and optimize marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security while supporting efficient access for marketing teams and analytics.
- Develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritize prospects based on engagement levels and potential conversion likelihood, enhancing sales and marketing alignment.
- Conduct research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policies, and data access regulations.
- Design and analyze A/B tests for marketing strategies, assessing performance variations in campaigns and informing future marketing decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Analyze data to map customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints and behaviors that influence purchasing decisions and optimizing marketing strategies accordingly.
- Utilize predictive analytics techniques to forecast customer behavior and trends, informing proactive marketing strategies and enhancing overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their data needs, providing insights and recommendations that align with overall business objectives.
- Provide training and ongoing support to marketing staff on database tools and best practices, empowering them to leverage data effectively in campaigns.
- Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate marketing performance metrics clearly, supporting stakeholders in making informed, data-driven decisions.
Eligibility Requirements:
- College/CEGEP is the minimum educational requirement.
- 1 year to less than 2 years in data analysis within a marketing or advertising environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL to perform basic queries and data extraction from marketing databases is essential.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data and derive meaningful insights for marketing strategies.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices to support data analysis aligned with campaign goals.
- Ability to accurately enter and manage data within databases, ensuring data integrity and organization.
- Strong attention to detail to maintain data accuracy and consistency throughout all analysis processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Understanding of data privacy and security principles to ensure compliance in handling customer information.
