Position: Night Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Salary & Benefit: $23.50 - $29.00/hr, depending on experience and based on 30-36 hr/wk, with a 4% paid vacation.
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8 hrs/day, or 40 hrs/wk

Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 2-3 years of related working experience or equivalent post secondary certificate/diploma/etc.

Job Description:
- Establish and implement operational procedures for Super 8
- Establish world schedule and co-ordinate the activities of the staff
- Monitor the quality of staff performance and participate in the evaluation, coaching and disciplining staff when it's necessary
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Ensure the smooth operations of computer systems, CCTV, equipment, etc.
- Arrange for maintenance, janitorial, and repairing world in the hotel, hot tub, indoor pool, etc when necessary
- Requisition supplies and materials
- Resolve world- related problems such as customers' complaints, safety concerns, etc.
- Prepare and submit reports to the General Manager
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised
