Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and the restaurant's website.
- Address inquiries from the public, customers, or media, providing clear and accurate information about the restaurant’s products, services, events, or policies, both in writing and verbally.
- Conduct surveys to gather feedback from target audiences and analyze the results to better understand customer attitudes, preferences, and opinions, guiding marketing and public relations strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage events, including promotion and media outreach.
- Collect information, conduct research, and create content for various communication channels, such as social media, newsletters, brochures, or blogs.
- Design and produce engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, and photography, to promote the restaurant’s brand.
- Update and maintain the restaurant's website to ensure to ensure the accuracy of menus, promotions, and content.
- Partner with local influencers and bloggers to promote the restaurant and its menu offerings.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing customer concerns and promoting positive reviews to improve Laymoon's reputation.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives for events, special promotions, and seasonal offerings to attract customers and boost revenue.
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, ensuring all strategies are designed to maximize reach and impact.
- Manage social media content, engage with followers, and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and testimonials to build community engagement.
