JOB DETAILS

  • Salary: 30.00 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Hours: Day, Evening, Morning, Overtime
  • Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Monitor and evaluate
  • Oversee payroll administration

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years to less than 3 years
