Job Duties:
Be familiar with Mexican cuisine;
Preparation of various Mexican dishes; such as but not limited to burritos, fajitas, enchiladas etc.;
Plan and create menus and ensure food meets quality standards
Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities
Hire, train and supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed;
Requirements:
Cook's trade certification or equivalent credentials are required
Two years of relevant working experience
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Strong managerial skills
Ability to work under stress
Wage: $28.40
