Specific Skills:

• Move tools, equipment and other materials to and from work areas,
• Help in mechanical, electrical and body repairs of transport trucks
• Signal safety procedures to other workers and to the general public,
• Perform other laboring activities to help the mechanic directed
• Clean machines and immediate work areas
• Working with mechanics to diagnose problems with equipment and machines,
• Assist mechanic to perform servicing, maintenance and repairs on vehicles
• Carry out routine checks and maintenance
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
