Position: Senior Manager

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Vacancy: 1

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $58.50/ hour (32 hours per week)

Language: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience: Minimum 2 year to less than 3 years experience needed.

Location: #30 Topflight Dr Suites 1, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L5S 0A8

Main Duties:

• Recruit and select middle managers, directors or other executive staff.
• Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions.
• Develop or approve policies and programs and set the organization's goals.
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, while contacting the clients, doing negotiations and other social functions.
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Review the performance of the employees and co-ordinate the work of departments efficiently.
• Establish financial and administrative controls.
• Formulate and approve promotional campaigns.
• Approve overall human resources planning.

Skilled needed:

Be able to supervise more than 20 people. Willing to travel (vehicle will be provided by the employer), must have computer and technology knowledge.
