Wage:                          $44,460 a year

 

Vacation:                     15 days per annum

JOB DUTIES. The following duties will be performed in this position:

 

  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures;
  • Coordinate with real estate agents to review potential business sites, and present findings to directors;
  • Coordinate all administrative tasks related to procuring business site once a decision is made;
  • Coordinate renovations to business location among trades, directors and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is handled efficiently and within budget;
  • Identify vendors and establish procedures related to purchase of inventory and equipment for business;
  • Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes;
  • Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, as required by directors;
  • Assist with the development and launch of marketing campaigns, as required.

 

REQUIREMENTS. The successful applicant will possess, at a minimum, the following skills and experience:

 

  • A college diploma or university degree with some related coursework.
  • Some experience in a senior administrative, office management, marketing, or sales role.
  • Some experience in the education sector or sector that understands/pushes the importance of education .
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Attention to detail and presentation.
  • Some experience with marketing campaigns is preferred, but not required.
