Salary: $64.00 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales strategies to enhance market share and boost revenue in perishable and non-perishable shipments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee operations for efficient transportation and logistics of time-sensitive refrigerated produce and food-grade products.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maximizing profitability across all logistics services.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, measure performance, and adjust strategies accordingly for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards in the transportation of refrigerated and perishable goods.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain quality service standards.
- Prepare and present reports to upper management on sales performance, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives for growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in logistics and transportation.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to enhance tracking, efficiency, and customer communication in logistics operations.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is required in business administration, logistics, or a related field for comprehensive industry knowledge.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in transportation and logistics sectors.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong analytical skills to develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors effectively.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for managing profitability.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and develop practical solutions in high-pressure environments.
