We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team.

Job Duties  

• Lead and supervise a team of employees to ensure smooth operations, task completion, and productivity.

• Coordinate daily operational tasks to meet organizational goals, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work.

• Monitor project progress and resource utilization to ensure objectives are achieved.

• Facilitating strong communication processes across all levels of management and staff within your area and division

• Ensuring all employees receive appropriate and ongoing compliance training.

• Overseeing payroll, expenses, and accounts payable, with a focus on cost containment.

• Implementing business initiatives, including corrective action plans for underperforming locations. Ensuring economical performance aligned with operating budgets, year-end goals, and objectives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

• Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to workplace safety protocols.

• Identify and mitigate risks within the team’s operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the same industry.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
