Job Duties:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the concerned persons.
- Assist customers to feel safe and at ease through a welcoming, client-centered approach, focusing on client comforts.
- Answer the telephone, providing information and assistance to callers.
- Perform office duties, such as booking appointments, schedule meetings etc.
- Ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on time.
- Manage basic bookkeeping duties such as mail bills, receive payments, issue receipts.
- Perform general clerical duties such as scheduling, copying, faxing, mailing etc.
- Manage office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture.
- Clean and organize office supply areas in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School is required.
- Immigration knowledge is an asset; however, on the job training will be provided.
