JOB DUTIES
GENERAL MANAGER
- Assess, develop, and nurture the operational strategy of the company while ensuring alignment with its business goals from time to time.
- Work with marketing, admin and development teams to design and implement strategies, plans, and processes.
- Work with HR to ensure high employee satisfaction and retention of employees. Also contribute to talent management through the appraisal process, and talent development through training and other means.
- Meet and manage clients with the primary aim of providing high confidence in the innovation and delivery capability of 247 Designs Inc, and the overall value being delivered to the client.
- Ensure delivery of client projects and internal initiatives (innovation or otherwise) are of a high standard.
- Work with the finance team to build, monitor and manage the budgets on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
- Manage and advise on the execution of day-to-day business operations, including client reporting, adherence to other relevant policies and procedures.
- Work with the company's leadership team in setting and executing short, medium and long-term strategy related to business operations.
- Constantly assess operational efficiency and come out with improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $ 85.85 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $128.78 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
