Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director to lead KnowledgeForge Collective’s growth and vision. The Executive Director will be responsible for overall leadership, ensuring the successful implementation of our educational programs, driving strategic partnerships, and overseeing the organization’s long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to guide the organization’s development and growth.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all educational programs.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and impact.
• Manage budget allocation, ensuring financial sustainability and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Lead efforts to identify emerging trends in tech education and integrate them into programs.
• Represent the organization in key business and public engagements.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a senior role, ideally within the education or technology sectors.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of developing strategic initiatives.
• Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with tech-based learning solutions and AI-driven educational methods is a strong asset.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Minimum of 7 years in a leadership or executive management position.
