Looking for Retail supervisor for Esso Waterdown to manage our location at 232 Dundas Street East, Waterdown,ON L0R 2H4 ability to supervise 3-4 people with minimum experience of 7 months to less than a year.
Duties:
1) Maintain Inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms
2) Order merchandise
3) Authorize return of merchandise
4) Establish work schedules
5) Sell merchandise
6) Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
7) Organize and maintain inventory
8) Resolve problems that arise , such as customer complaints and supply shortages
9) Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
10) Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
