Office Administrative Assistant
Employer: KNMG Solutions Ltd
Work location: 525 Cliffe Ave, Courtenay, BC, V9N 2J5
Salary: $25.50 hourly – 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Fulltime/Permanent
Language: English
Education: High School
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in office setup

Job Duties:
• Determine and establish office procedures
• Receive, review, analyze and verify mortgage applications for completeness, accuracy, suitability, and risk to ensure compliance with all aspects of the lending policies and procedures.
• Verify accuracy of supporting appraisal and financial documentation received.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
• Assist clients and provide updates to the clients.
• Assist broker and responsible for organization tasks such as - save email attachments, scanning client paperwork, follow-up emails, prepare forms, ordering appraisals and coordinating with lawyer offices and realtors.
• Update software systems and develop and maintain a filing system.
• Assist in collecting documentation on a timely manner.
• Responsible for preparing weekly reports, track & maintain mortgage records.
