Job Description

Title: General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
  • Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
  • Analyze workflow to ensure efficient operations. Develop / implement process improvements.
  • Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
  • Collaborate with teams to carry out the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Deliver operational excellence – assess business processes driving efficiencies, continuous & demonstrable improvement of productivity & cost effectiveness.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Analyze financial statements, performance metrics, and KPIs to evaluate the company's financial performance and identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Guide HR Officer in company’s initiatives such as recruitment drives, training programs etc.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional reports to senior management for historical analysis, account status, and forecasting purposes.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and market trends
  • Provide guidance and support to the NPD team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Provide best effort and cooperative spirit on special projects outside routine responsibilities when/if requested.

Compensation, Hours and Other Details:

Salary and Hours: $85.65 (per hour) with 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate and Holiday Pay: $128.48 per hour starting after 44 hours per week || 4% of the gross pay

Employment Requirement: Bachelor's degree with minimum exeprience of 5 to 7 years in similar role.
