Position: Food Services Supervisor
Location: Wasaga Beach, ON, L9Z 0B6 (On-site)
Salary: $17.00/hour, 30 hours per week
Type: Permanent, full-time
Start Date: As soon as possible

Languages: English
Education:

• College, CEGEP, or equivalent diploma (1-2 years program)
• Equivalent experience also considered

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years

Workplace:
On-site work required. No remote option.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to odours
• Wet/damp conditions

Key Responsibilities

• Establish work schedules and methods to meet operational needs
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Supervise staff in food preparation and portioning
• Train team members in duties, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation
• Hire and onboard food service staff
• Ensure food quality and service meet high standards
• Prepare budgets and cost estimates
• Address customer complaints or concerns professionally
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Submit reports and maintain work schedules
