Salary: $65.00 per hour for 30 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing company targets and defining the overall sales strategy for the organization.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
- Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
- Deploy and execute go to market strategy and agreed action plan.
- Review sales performance on a periodical basis and recommend action in order to meet the plan
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.
- Continuously improve operational and sales management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure the sales team operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is typically required.
- Significant experience in sales management and leadership roles is typically required, ranging from 5 years or more.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are critical.
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, providing mentorship and guidance, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture is important.
- A strong understanding of the industry, including its technologies, products, trends, and competitive landscape, is essential., and can be advantageous.
