Heavy Equipment Operator
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment, including Skid Steers, Excavators, Dozers, Rock Trucks, and Packers, using various attachments.
Perform tasks such as land clearing, stripping, stockpiling, rough and fine grading, finishing, backfilling, and loading trucks.
Interpret architectural plans and read grade stakes; utilize equipment with GPS technology.
Plan and construct landscaped environments.
Install pavers and retaining walls.
At times perform various miscellaneous tasks on sites.
Clean and lubricate equipment as required.
Qualifications:
Heavy Equipment operation training certificate an asset.
Minimum 3 years of related experience required.
Finishing grade operating skills is an asset.
Salary: We offer a range from $30.00 to $45.00 / hour based on qualifications.
Bonus: Potential bonus of up to 15% of annual salary, at the discretion of the employer.
