Painters and decorators supervisor

• Location: 98 Binder Twine Trial, Brampton, ON L6X 4V5, Canada
• Workplace information: On the road (Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee).
• Salary: $40.00 to $42.00 per hour (To be negotiated) 
• Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time
• Work conditions: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, On Call, Shift, To be determined, Weekend.
• Start date: Starts as soon as possible

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: Experience an asset

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the workers and the projects.
• Plan and Schedule work to maintain work balance between the activities of the workers with other subcontractors.
• Oversee apprenticeship training programs and arrange for additional training if required.
• Recruit, hire, and recommend personnel actions to build a competent workforce.
• To ensure efficient use of resources, order materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
• Resolve Disputes and make suggestions to improve the quality of the work.
• Ensure smooth work operation by keeping a timely check on the proper working condition of the various equipment.
