Salary: $18.75 hourly / 40 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily coffee shop operations, ensuring efficient service, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Monitor staff performance and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and supervise baristas and kitchen staff. Conduct training, provide feedback, and handle employee issues to maintain a motivated team.
- Track inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Ensure proper storage of all food and beverage items.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience. Promote excellent service standards and handle feedback to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards for coffee and food quality. Conduct regular checks on products and equipment to ensure consistency and adherence to recipes and presentation standards.
- Enforce food safety regulations, including proper hygiene practices and sanitation procedures. Ensure all staff follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor cash handling, process transactions, and prepare financial reports. Assist with budgeting, cost control, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure coffee machines, kitchen appliances, and other equipment are regularly cleaned and maintained. Coordinate repairs and replacements as necessary to minimize downtime.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes based on feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate is the minimum educational requirement.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in food service or coffee shop is preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and suppliers professionally and clearly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, scheduling, and daily operations efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Basic financial skills for handling cash, processing transactions, and understanding budgets and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the coffee shop’s operational needs and peak hours.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety practices to ensure compliance and maintain a safe environment.
